Health coaching isn’t about one diet or one way of living. Instead, Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches focus on bio-individuality – the idea that we’re all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs.
This means that I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. I work with you on your goals. Are you always tired? Put your wants last? Unmotivated - hard to gain traction without momentum, Unsupported - change is tough without accountability, Underestimated - by yourself or by others. I can support and empower you.
Partnering with and empowering my client through overall lifestyle changes, with a focus on nutrition and wellbeing. I help them find foods and lifestyle practices that are right for their own body and goals to be Happy+Healty. Food is only one form of nourishment in our day.
It looks at wellness holistically from a lens of prevention, improvement, and overall life enjoyment. And the movement towards integrative nutrition is gaining momentum. When we think about wellness, it’s often food or diet that first comes to mind. After all, what we eat plays a huge role in how we feel and how our bodies function. I believe there is more to a healthy diet than just the food we put into our bodies.
